I live close to the mountains in Austria with my family, where I teach Art and Theory of Knowledge at an International School. Having grown up in Surrey, England, I studied art and teacher training at Lancaster University, before moving to South Korea to teach English. I taught art for two years on the edge of the Kalahari desert in Botswana, and another two years in the Emirate of Fujairah on the Gulf of Oman. After having spent several years in Vienna I moved to Carinthia, close to the border with Slovenia and Italy.
